It makes sense to make efforts to resolve commercial disputes without the need for the expense, time and uncertainty of Court proceedings. 

We aim to assist our clients to resolve disputes early and with as little cost as possible and in a way that benefits and promotes our clients' businesses.

That's not always possible early on.  If Court proceedings can't be avoided, we will assist in implementing cost effective litigation strategies while always being mindful of opportunities to resolve the matter.

There's always at least three sides to every story…but it may be that none of them are determinative in achieving a particular outcome.
